Mar 24@Wolfgurl Thank you. Just knowing that helps. it was comforting to hear, a lottt. I dont really know what im feeling and i dont know what caused it. I just know that nothing logical helps. I dont find any distortions in my thoughts its just blank and scary. Also throw in some self hate for being naive i guess.
