May 17@Tree55 completely understandable. My max sleep was 20-30 min. And I was greatful for that. Hated I woke up and then I was awake for many hours. Try some of the things we all have suggested. You have to keep up with them on a regulate basis. Force yourself to do some exercises. Try melatonin . Talk to your Dr also

May 17@Tropicalstorm this is also where I'm at rt now -too depressed to work out or even go for a long walk for myself. My inability to go to sleep at a 'normal' hour has been dragging on for years. Taken a toll on my life.
When I actually get my hs/ space to myself I have found music very motivating to get my blood flowing. Wish, I could return to the pace I was at 'pre-pandemic' but after so much sitting around & 15 lbs later...it feels like attempting to climb a mountain.
Glad to hear someone positively giving solutions!

May 20@Littlesis7 thank you. I’m speaking from where I am at now. Having gone through a very low and giving thanks I made it through and I’m still here. It’s not easy. Not at all. At my pit if despair I needed something in my life I knew something had to change for I got myself into this place of dread , hate, despair , and anxiety . Every day I would try something different. And exercise wasn’t one. For I was so depressed it hurt to move. Mind body and soul. Medication. Changing the way I think/thought process and opening up to spirituality are my top three things I struggled for so long. It’s not all habitual. And it needs to be
