Anxiety should be my name. There should be a shirt that says always anxious. I would love that. Maybe a birthday goft idea

What kinds of things do you do to manage the anxiety? It really can improve there's so many different things you can do to help yourself.


Hello, friend. Please don't be hard on yourself. I agree with what the other poster said. What do you do to cope up with your struggles? Doing things that you enjoy will surely keep your mind off of your negative feelings. Maybe y ou can try listening to good music. Physical exercise has the added benefit of helping to relieve negative emotions naturally. I hope you'll find your way out. Sending hugs & prayers your way.
